A late medieval padded jack, with linen outer and
lining, and woollen layered padding.

This jack is cut short, the length to the high hip.

The body is padded with four layers of wool, and
the sleeves with two layers of wool, but the latter
without any quilting.

The front of the jack fastens with hand made
hooks and eyes, over an internal port piece.
